Kristen SnyderVeterinary Practice Consultant

As the newest member of Simply Done Tech Solutions, Kristen Snyder brings more than twenty years of veterinary management experience to her clients.

A long time animal lover, Snyder began her career as a veterinary assistant at Palos Animal Hospital in suburban Chicago. As her career progressed, she moved into roles of greater responsibility within the hospital. After graduating from college, she became the Practice Manager at Palos. Under her skillful management, the hospital increased its gross revenue by 18% in just a single year.

Recognized for her business acumen, Snyder was recruited to manage the Gold Coast Animal Hospital in Chicago. With a larger client base, a different set of services and a significantly larger facility, she embraced her greatestchallenge yet. After managing the hospital for two years, she increased gross revenue by nearly 200%.

When Snyder started her family, she temporarily cut back on practice management but remained deeply involved in veterinary services as an ICU/Emergency Pet Nurse and Pet Nurse to a Board Certified Veterinary Internist.

Today, Snyder is leveraging her years of experience in a new role: veterinary practice consultant. Recognizing thatno two practices are alike, Snyder focuses first on a Discovery phase with each client to understand the practice’s philosophy, history and competitive differentiators. Once this context has been established, she works closely with her clients to design a strategy and implement solutions that move their practices towardachieving their goals.

Snyder is a member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) and is currently working towards her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) certification. She is passionate about helping veterinary clinics provide excellent service to their clients, both human and animal alike.
